For timber frame house plans and shop prints.
Payment is easy and secure.
We use PayPal for processing orders, which accepts credit cards even if you do not have a PayPal account. PayPal is a secure service. We do not even see your credit card details. We can also accept E-transfers and cheques.
Shipping is free!
Shipping is by express post (within US and Canada).
Your plans will be shipped within 2 business days, and should arrive within a week after that. Please include mailing address, as well as a physical shipping address.
There is room on the order form for you to add any important information regarding shipping, and you can contact us by e-mail or phone if you have any further questions.
Taxes are included.
For Canadian customers, sales tax (GST or HST) is also included in the price, and will show on the invoice you receive with your plans.
Exchange rates – don’t sweat it!
Prices are in Canadian dollars. The US Dollar is worth more, so your price in US Dollars will be lower. Your credit card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see the exact amount you’ve been billed on your credit card statement. For up-to-date exchange rates, search Google for “exchange rate” or click here.
You can also pay by e-transfer (if you’re in Canada), certified cheque or money order.
This is another option. Rather than filling out the online purchase form, call or e-mail us with your order and let us know the payment is coming so that we can have the plans ready to ship when it arrives.
If you’re from outside the US or Canada, we will contact you by e-mail or phone about any additional shipping costs before we ship.
Returned items will be accepted for credit only if UNOPENED and shipped at the sender’s expense, except in the event of error on our part (shipping you someone else’s plans, for example).
We do not accept returns on plans which have been modified, as our custom approval process assures your satisfaction before the plans are shipped, except in the event of error on our part (such as shipping you someone else’s plans).
