Inspired by Vancouver's Laneway Houses, and named for the traditional mountain shelters of Scotland, the Bothy is the flagship of our Small Home designs.

The Bothy is designed for solar, and is well suited for "off grid" scenarios.

We wanted a small home design that was compact, but still contemporary and elegant.

With 509 sq. ft. of living space, plus 90 sq. ft. of storage, the Bothy still has plenty of room for solar batteries, hot water tank, and even a washer/dryer combination in its utility room. It also has its own storage area for recyclables.
