The Shelburne II: Two bedrooms, 1½ baths, open living-dining area.
This house plan is a variation of the Shelburne I. The differences are:
- the verandah;
- increased headroom upstairs, giving standing room throughout.

The Shelburne II is a traditional-looking, two-storey house. It has two bedooms, 1½ baths and an open living/dining area. Lots of windows and French doors create a cheery living space downstairs, and the woodstove heats the home and gives it a cozy feel.
Upstairs, both bedrooms have large timber-framed dormers. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony in the back of the house, perfect for enjoying the stars or watching the sunrise.
The floor plan is the same as the Shelburne I.
First floor: 670 sq. ft.
Second floor: 609 sq. ft.
Total living area: 1279 sq. ft.
