The Greenwich III is slightly smaller than the other two. Like the others, it is a traditional Cape with a classic center entry and has a vaulted living room or "Great Room" which shows off the timber frame to full advantage. (Compare our three Greenwich models)

The main floor has open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas with a side door handy to the kitchen. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, its own deck, and an ensuite bath which also opens from the foyer.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms, which could also be studios or home offices, and a full bath. The upstairs hall overlooks the living room for added appreciation of that timberframe!
