Downstairs, the Greenwich I has a vaulted living room or "Great Room" which shows off the timber frame structure to full advantage. It flows towards the dining room and kitchen. A deck off the dining room is a great place for summertime meals. A den opens onto another deck. As well as the front entry, there are a side entry, a mechanical room, a laundry, a pantry and a full bath on the main floor. (Compare our three Greenwich models)

Upstairs is a large Master Bedroom with walk-in closet, a full bathroom, a second bedroom and a loft that overlooks the living room that would be a great place for a sofabed, computer desk, sewing centre - whatever you imagine.
