The Windsor - a traditional post and beam Cape Cod with a kitchen wing on the side

The Windsor is a traditional Cape with a mostly "stick-frame" (i.e. 2x6s or 2x4s) "addition" on the side, imitating the "additive principle" that gets applied over the years to many older homes. The "addition" houses a large country kitchen that will be the focus of many casual gatherings. The spacious foyer provides flow to the traffic through the house. A half-bath, utility room, pantry and coat closet add to the house's functionality.

Upstairs are two substantial bedrooms and an office area, linen closet and full bath.

We ship within two business days, and your plans should arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster for most places if shipped by courier.

Package contains:

• Working Prints
  Floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, sections, elevations, window & door schedules and construction details.
• Timber Frame Plans
  Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing, timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber sizings.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see the exact amount you've been billed on your credit card statement. For up-to-date exchange rates, see xe.com's currency converter.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying products from the US at American dollar prices and having our credit card companies bill us in Canadian dollars. It's really no hassle at all.)

Canadian customers: sales tax (GST or HST) is included in the price, and will show on the invoice you receive with your plans.
