The Walton is a cozy cottage that could serve as a very livable year-round home for a couple who has moved on to a simpler life after raising a family, or for a single person.

Upstairs it has a bedroom with ensuite bath, and also a loft area overlooking the dining room. The loft would make a lovely office or craft space and could accommodate visitors with a pull-out couch.

The open-concept downstairs has an efficient kitchen, full bath, and a vaulted dining area and living room designed to take advantage of a view. Add the deck for inside-outside living.

• Courier shipping for an additional $50.

Note that some rural areas are better served by post than by courier.

We ship within two business days, and your plans should arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster for most places if shipped by courier.

Package contains:

• Working Prints
  Floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, sections, elevations, window & door schedules and construction details.
• Timber Frame Plans
  Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing, timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber sizings.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see the exact amount you've been billed on your credit card statement. For up-to-date exchange rates, see xe.com's currency converter.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying products from the US at American dollar prices and having our credit card companies bill us in Canadian dollars. It's really no hassle at all.)

Canadian customers: sales tax (GST or HST) is included in the price, and will show on the invoice you receive with your plans.
