This three-bedroom
house features a downstairs bedroom with an outside door and
ensuite bath, which in your working years might serve as an office
or clinic. There's a vaulted great room with windows on three
sides that will maximize the potential of your view. Check out
the post and beam arches leading from the spacious foyer to the
living room!
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a corridor overlooking
the great room.

arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster
for most places if shipped by courier.
Package contains:
- Working Prints
Floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, sections,
elevations, window & door schedules and construction details.
- Timber Frame Plans
Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing,
timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber
sizings.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit
card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see
the exact amount you've been billed on your credit card statement.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying
products from the US at American dollar prices and having our credit
card companies bill us in Canadian dollars. It's really no hassle

Canadian customers: sales tax (GST or HST) is
included in the price, and will show on the invoice you receive
with your plans.
You can also pay by certified cheque or money order. Rather
than filling out the online purchase form, call or e-mail us (see
address at bottom of page) with your order and let us know the
payment is coming so that we can have the plans ready to ship when it arrives.
If
you're from outside the US or Canada, we will contact you by e-mail or phone
about any additional shipping costs before we ship.
