The Greenwich III is slightly smaller than the other two.
Like the others, it is a traditional Cape with a classic center
entry and has a vaulted living room or "Great Room" which shows
off the timber frame to full advantage. (Compare
our three Greenwich models)
The main floor has open-concept living, dining and kitchen
areas with a side door handy to the kitchen. Also on the main floor is
the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, its own deck, and an ensuite
bath which also opens from the foyer.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, which could also be studios
or home offices, and a full bath. The upstairs hall overlooks the living
room for added appreciation of that timberframe!

arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster
for most places if shipped by courier.

- Working Prints
Floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, sections,
elevations, window & door schedules and construction details.
- Timber Frame Plans
Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing,
timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber
sizings.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit
card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see
the exact amount you've been billed on your credit card statement.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying
products from the US at American dollar prices and having our credit
card companies bill us in Canadian dollars. It's really no hassle

Canadian customers: sales tax (GST or HST) is
included in the price, and will show on the invoice you receive
with your plans.
You can also pay by certified cheque or money order. Rather

payment is coming so that we can have the plans ready to ship when it arrives.
If
you're from outside the US or Canada, we will contact you by e-mail or phone
about any additional shipping costs before we ship.
