Downstairs, the Greenwich I has a vaulted living room or "Great
Room" which shows off the timber frame structure to full advantage.
It flows towards the dining room and kitchen. A deck off the
dining room is a great place for summertime meals. A den opens
onto another deck. As well as the front entry, there are a side
entry, a mechanical room, a laundry, a pantry and a full bath
on the main floor. (Compare our three Greenwich
models)
Upstairs is a large Master Bedroom with walk-in closet,
a full bathroom, a second bedroom and a loft that overlooks the living
room that would be a great place for a sofabed, computer desk, sewing
centre - whatever you imagine.

arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster

Floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, sections,
elevations, window & door schedules and construction details.
- Timber Frame Plans
Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing,
timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber
sizings.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit
card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see
the exact amount you've been billed on your credit card statement.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying
