With two bathrooms and an optional third bedroom, the Glenmont is well suited to family living. You'll find plenty of storage space upstairs, a plus if you plan to build a slab on grade.

The three-bedroom option has a dormer on the back and a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen. That leaves room for two bedrooms upstairs.

Total living space: 1668 sq. ft., plus cathedral ceiling of 165 sq. ft.

The two-bedroom version has a larger area of vaulted ceiling over the living room and a spacious master bedroom upstairs.
