The Glenmont features bright and comfortable living spaces and vaulted ceilings to show off that beautiful timber frame. With two bathrooms and an optional third bedroom, the Glenmont is well suited to family living. You'll find plenty of storage space upstairs, a plus if you plan to build a slab on grade.

The picture above shows the three-bedroom option, which has a dormer on the back.

Three-bedroom version

The three-bedroom option has a dormer on the back and a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen. That leaves room for two bedrooms upstairs.

Main floor: 1098 sq. ft.
2nd floor: 570 sq. ft.
Total living space: 1668 sq. ft., plus cathedral ceiling of 165 sq. ft.

Two-bedroom version

The two-bedroom version has a larger area of vaulted ceiling over the living room and a spacious master bedroom upstairs.

Main floor: 1098 sq. ft.
2nd floor: 437 sq. ft.
Total living space: 1535 sq. ft., plus cathedral ceiling of 300 sq. ft.

We ship within two business days, and your plans should arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster for most places if shipped by courier.

  Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing, timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber sizings.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying products from the US at American dollar prices and having our credit card companies bill us in Canadian dollars. It's really no hassle at all.)
