Craftsman model is an ideal family home, with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths.
The spacious country kitchen flows into the living room,
making it a perfect space for the traditional east coast kitchen party.
Covered exterior porches on the rear and front of the home are a great
place to sit and relax on a summer evening. Upstairs, a cozy loft library
with stone fireplace and built-in bookshelves will be a favourite escape
for the bookworm in the family.

Important Purchasing Information
Shipping: Use buttons above to choose either:

by Express Post.
- Courier
shipping for an additional $50.
Note that some rural
areas are better served by post than by courier.
We ship within two business days, and your plans should
arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster
for most places if shipped by courier.
Package contains:
- Working Prints
Floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, sections,
elevations, window & door schedules and construction details.
- Timber Frame Plans
Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing,
timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber
sizings.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit
card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see
the exact amount you've been billed on your credit card statement.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying
products from the US at American dollar prices and having our credit
card companies bill us in Canadian dollars. It's really no hassle
at all.)
Canadian customers: sales tax (GST or HST) is
included in the price, and will show on the invoice you receive
with your plans.
You can also pay by certified cheque or money order. Rather
than filling out the online purchase form, call or e-mail us (see
address at bottom of page) with your order and let us know the
payment is coming so that we can have the plans ready to ship when it arrives.
If
you're from outside the US or Canada, we will contact you by e-mail or phone
about any additional shipping costs before we ship.
