This is a great floor plan, with an old-world cottage
feel. The downstairs features open-concept living, a sunny sunroom
area, a utility room and powder room. Upstairs are two spacious
bedrooms with charming gables, as well as a sunny sitting area
and full bath.
The large windows on the
back provide lots of light to the interior.

arrive within a week after that if shipped by Express Post, faster
for most places if shipped by courier.

Floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, sections,
elevations, window & door schedules and construction details.
- Timber Frame Plans
Roof plan (plan view of roof framing), 2nd floor framing,
timber elevations, timber bent drawings (sections) and timber
sizings.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit
card company will make the conversion for you, and you will see
the exact amount you've been billed on your credit card statement.

(Note to US customers: We Canadians are used to buying
products from the US at American dollar prices and having our credit

Canadian customers: sales tax (GST or HST) is

You can also pay by certified cheque or money order. Rather

payment is coming so that we can have the plans ready to ship when it arrives.
If
you're from outside the US or Canada, we will contact you by e-mail or phone
about any additional shipping costs before we ship.
